ORDERS
How do I change my order currency?
At present only USD is available on our website.
We do have stockists in other countries who offer different currencies so please feel free to reach out to them, or us for further advice.
Has my order shipped?
We will send you a shipment notification email as soon as your item ships, we endeavor to ship all orders received by 2pm (Gulf Standard Time) the same day.
How do I pay for my order?
We accept Credit Card payments through our credit card provider Telr.
SHIPMENTS
How long does shipping take?
Shipping can take between 2-8 working days once you have received a shipping notification, depending on the destination.
Orders shipping within the UAE are on a next day service from time of despatch (orders placed before 2pm are normally shipped same day).
How can I track my order?
Yes, once you have received a shipment notification you can track your order.
Aramex is our chosen courier for UAE shipments, and parcels can be tracked on www.aramex.com.
DHL is our chosen courier for International shipments, and parcels can be tracked on www.dhl.com.
CARE
How do I care for my clutch bag?
Please be gentle with your Nathalie Trad product, try not to drop the bag, keep dry and away from direct heat and sunlight.
Do you offer a repair service?
Yes, please contact info@nathalietrad.com for more information on repairs and an estimation for a repair.
How will my bag be packed?
All hard clutches will be packed in a Black and White branded Nathalie Trad presentation box alongside a dustbag for future storage. Leathers, and leather envelope clutches will come packed inside a dustbag.
Please note: bags purchased during a Sample Sale will not come with presentation boxes, but will have a dustbag.
