How do I change my order currency?

At present only USD is available on our website.

We do have stockists in other countries who offer different currencies so please feel free to reach out to them, or us for further advice.

 

Has my order shipped?

We will send you a shipment notification email as soon as your item ships. You can expect your shipment to ship next working day from order placement.

 

How do I pay for my order?

We accept PayPal on our website, and also direct bank transfer. 

Unfortunately we do not accept credit cards at this time- we are working on it!

How long does shipping take?

Shipping can take between 2-8 working days once you have received a shipping notification, depending on the destination.

 

How can I track my order?

Yes, once you have received a shipment notification you can track your order.

How do I care for my clutch bag?

Please be gentle with your Nathalie Trad product, try not to drop the bag, keep dry and away from direct heat and sunlight.
