SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for any duties and/or taxes required by customs as determined by country of destination.

UAE orders are shipped via ARAMEX or DHL.

International orders are shipped via DHL.

Standard Shipping Charges

Please note shipping increases with weight, the approximate weight is 1kg per Clutch Bag. Items are despatched next working day and can take 2-7 working days to reach destination (dependant upon customs clearance).

RETURN SHIPPING

Please see our Returns policy for more information.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

We advise you to use a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for any returns.
